LOCATION NOTE

This is an on-site position in the cities below, with local travel required. Relocation support is provided.

If helping families navigate a fundamentally different approach to education resonates with your purpose, this position places you at the center of that transformation.

Alpha is not a conventional school. Students complete their core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven applications. The remainder of their day? Practical skills—public speaking, analytical thinking, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Only accelerated progress and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a unique form of parent collaboration—and that is your mandate.

You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish credibility, and cultivate advocacy. You'll conduct impactful information sessions, develop strong community ties, and translate interest into waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond initial enrollment. You'll also function as the central resource for families during their entire Alpha experience—managing concerns, fostering loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal supporters of the model.

This is a position built on trust and autonomy, with meaningful accountability. You'll be assigned to a single campus, present on-site regularly, and responsible for tangible results—not simply executing predetermined procedures. If you recognize that conventional schools are underserving students—and that an alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
