Primary Purpose of Department:
The mission of the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at UNC Charlotte is to develop human and intellectual resources in all disciplines of Electrical & Computer Engineering and their applications in order to foster technological, economic, and social growth in the Charlotte region, the State of North Carolina and beyond.
Job Responsibilities:
The primary role of this position includes teaching undergraduate courses in electrical and computer engineering, junior design, mentoring student design project teams, and participating in course/curriculum development and improvement.
Preferred Education,
Skills and Experience:
A Ph.D. in electrical and/or computer engineering or equivalent degree is required for Teaching Assistant Professor Rank; a Master’s degree in electrical and/or computer engineering with a minimum of five years’ experience may be considered for Lecturer rank.
