At Charlotte Aquatics, we make children safer, healthier, and smarter… all while having fun! Since 1996, we have had the privilege of providing over 100,000 swim lessons! In order to do this, we look for the best instructors and make sure we help each of our employees learn and grow both personally and professionally!

Swim instructor core responsibilities include coordinating and delivering a child-centered progressive program of swim lessons while maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring an excellent experience for all students, and committing to continued learning and growth. Previous teaching experience is not necessary, but a love for working with children and a positive personality are essential. Upholding a team-mentality where all employees support each other and are excited to teach is FUNdamental!
