Approximately 45 days, with expedited privileges for providers with clean histories Privileges:
Temporary hospital privileges available Responsibilities Patient Care:
Comprehensive management of infectious disease cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings Rounding:
Required for both inpatient and outpatient units Admissions:
Yes, admissions required as part of hospital care Call Coverage: 24-hour beeper call with a 30-minute response time Supervision:
Required to supervise Advance Practice Providers (PA/NP) Required Skills and Procedures Microscopic specimen evaluation Management of vascular access devices/central venous catheters Familiarity with intravenous medications and central line placement Skilled in aspiration of abscesses, arthrocentesis, lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, and liver biopsies Schedule & Holiday Coverage Holidays Covered: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day Call Back and Patient Volume:
