Are you a BC/BE Family Physician interested in working in one of the fastest growing areas of the country - Charlotte, NC? The team at Novant Health Crown Point Family Physicians is excited to add another remarkable Family Physician to join their team. We are open Monday-Friday from 7:30-5:00 with a team of 6 physicians, 1 APP, and an incredible support staff including a Clinical Social Worker.
Our office is southeast Charlotte and a less than 15 minute drive from some of the most popular neighborhoods of Charlotte. Outside of work, you will have plenty to enjoy from the museums/theaters, multiple professional and minor league sports teams, outdoor space, incredible dining, and much more!
For Our Primary Care Providers- Access is a key theme - Novant Health encourages same day, extended hours, e-visits and video visits to deliver care where and when our patients need us.
- All of our community medicine physician leaders maintain a patient panel to remain connected to the day-to-day challenges and joys of practicing medicine.
- Many of our clinics utilize a team approach to care, which includes PAs, NPs, clinical pharmacy practitioners, health behaviorists and clinical RNs.
