What we offer a concierge‐style family practice that focuses on extensive access, longer appointment times, and personalized care plans. Our physicians provide general primary care and chronic condition management while proactively incorporating advanced preventive testing to identify health risks early and guide longitudinal care. Compared to a traditional primary care setting, doctors at Novant Health Hallmark Care benefit from smaller patient panels and extended encounter times, usually seeing 8 to 10 patients per day.

We encourage practitioners to deliver medicine “as it was meant to be” – engaged, relationship‑based, and centered on true patient advocacy.

Graduate of an accredited school of medicine.

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
• Minimum of three years practicing Family Medicine post‑residency.

• Current MD or DO license or license eligible in North Carolina.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Current DEA license.
