Family Practice Physician – Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $180,000 – $225,000 (based on experience) base salary + bonus

Position Summary - Independent Family Practice

For more than 25 years, our client’s practice has been a trusted name in primary care in Charlotte. We’re seeking a board-certified (or board-eligible) Family Practice Physician to join the well-known team. With one physician-owner nearing retirement, this is an excellent opportunity for a provider interested in partnership or eventual ownership, if desired.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient only – no hospital rounds, no deliveries
• 20–30 patients/day (supported by an experienced NP and staff)
• Monday–Friday schedule – no weekends, no major holidays
• Minimal call – only urgent needs, highly limited
• Full-scope family practice: pediatrics through geriatrics (“from the womb to the tomb”)
• Modern EMR (E Clinical) and efficient clinical workflows

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Skilled in full-scope family practice (pediatrics to geriatrics; no OB)
