Position Summary

The Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our retailer/brand-owner customers and ensuring their satisfaction with Archroma products and services. This position operates with minimal supervision and requires making important decisions that directly impact customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary communications channel between Archroma and our retailer/brand-owner customers, engaging via e-mail, telephone, video and in-person meetings.
  • Manage the timely delivery of Archroma products and services to customers, including inspecting products and projects prior to shipping and billing to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain the integrity of data for assigned customers and their products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct color searches for customers and prospects using the spectrophotometer, preparing color search samples for shipment, and assisting with training classes for prospects and customers.
  • Assist with the digital and physical onboarding of new product libraries, customers, and businesses, including creating samples and prototypes as needed.
  • Serve as backup support for business operations, swatch production, shipping, and dyeing operations within the Archroma Operations team.
  • Assist shipping staff with customer orders, billing, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and on-time deliveries.
  • Log and resolve customer complaints, including measuring shelf inventory using the spectrophotometer.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Sales and Dyeing Operations Manager or Global Director.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Archroma or equivalent industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills with a strong working understanding of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
  • Experience with visual and digital color approval processes, color science, color evaluation software and spectrophotometers is a plus.
  • Strong color vision as determined by tests administered by Archroma’s health services staff.
