As part of our Design + Planning Team in
Charlotte
and
Raleigh,you’ll work closely with Landscape Architects, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers to translate concepts into high-quality, documentable design solutions. This hands‑on role is ideal for early‑career landscape designers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to impactful projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Successful completion of at least one section of the LARE exam
• Self‑motivated, engaged, and team‑oriented with the ability to work independently
• Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
• Understand planning and/or design concepts and methods
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in hand‑graphics and rendering
• Willingness to take direction and learn software applications
• Demonstrate personal investment in your career
• Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking

Preferred:

• Internships in field of expertise
• AutoCAD, Micro Station, AutoCAD Civil3D, Geopak, and/or graphic software experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience in Sketch Up or other modeling software
