Project Architect

An outstanding, full‑time opening has become available in the Charlotte, NC area for a local individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Project Architect or Job Captain with a background in Educational, Religious and Commercial Construction projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, Life insurance, a 401K w/ matching, bonus potential, flexible spending account, PTO and other outstanding perks.

• Project Coordination responsibilities including Project Tracking, Client Coordination, design documentation, etc.

• 5+ years of Project Architect or Job Captain experience preferably with Commercial, Educational, and Faith‑based Construction.
• Experience with Project Coordination responsibilities including Project Tracking, Client Coordination, design documentation, etc.
• Knowledge of building codes related to the design and construction of K‑12 Education, Higher Education, Municipal/Civil, Retail, Restaurants, Commercial, Medical, Mixed Use, and Faith‑based construction projects.
• Experience with REVIT is a MUST.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school is a MUST.
