Senior Virtual Design Coordinator

• Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects for all disciplines
• Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related inquiries within the project team
• Participate in the development and testing of IMEG-specific tools and procedures
• Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and file archival between disciplines
• Identify and lead training needs for BIM/Virtual Design tools and standards

• Minimum of 14 years of experience in a relevant field; 16 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of Revit with emphasis on project setup and model management
• Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients

• Demonstrated leadership experience within Virtual Design
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles in technical plans and models
• Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues independently
