• Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Administrator on a dynamic project team
• Become a key component within the overall design document team
• Engage with teams to creatively solve problems
• Develop and direct Project Detailing
• Coordinate specifications
• Collaborate with the Construction Administration team to identify issues and assist with resolutions; contribute to solving significant or recurring technical challenges
• Drive technical quality in documents during all project phases
• Attend client meetings and lead day-to-day consultant coordination

• Strong technical skills and deep understanding of building assembly
• 6+ years of design experience; license preferred but not required
• Professional degree from an accredited college or university
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor
• Strong mentorship, organizational, and follow-through abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, or student housing construction
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and related design applications
