We are currently hiring an Architectural Project Manager - Healthcare for our Charlotte, North Carolina studio.
The selected candidate will oversee projects from Concepts and Schematic Design through the Construction Document phase, focusing on high-profile healthcare architecture projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design challenges.
- Supervise the preparation of technical drawings by the design team.
- Prepare and present client presentations, design concepts, and drawings.
- Ensure construction documentation complies with QA/QC and LaBella standards.
- Incorporate integrated sustainable design solutions into projects.
- Mentor and direct the project team, fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Communicate with client representatives to verify design requirements and specifications.
- Handle technical resolution and coordination for designated project portions.
- Develop solutions to design problems.
- Attend on-site visits, field reviews, and project meetings; document appropriately.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors, ensuring all information is incorporated into project requirements.
- Participate in team meetings to resolve project issues, coordinate disciplines, adhere to schedules, and address technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 8+ years of architecture experience.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Licensure preferred but not required.
