Dental Hygienist

Ballantyne Center for Dentistry, located in Charlotte, NC, is a full-service dental practice catering to all adult dental needs in one facility. Our experienced dentists specialize in general, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry, helping patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. We offer a wide range of services including Dental Implants, Porcelain Veneers, Crowns, and Oral Sedation. Our practice is dedicated to providing personalized care and creating a comfortable experience for each patient.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Hygienist located in the Charlotte Metro area. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for performing routine cleaning and maintenance of patients' teeth, conducting dental prophylaxis, and providing education on oral hygiene. Additional duties include identifying and addressing periodontal diseases, assisting in patient care, and collaborating with dentists to ensure optimal dental health outcomes.

• Proficiency in Dentistry, Dental Care, and Hygiene
• Skills in Dental Prophylaxis and identifying and managing Periodontal Disease
• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills
• Current dental hygienist certification or licensure in the state of North Carolina
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with dental technology and a patient-centered approach is preferred
