This established practice has been a cornerstone in the community for many years and is seeking a second Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to support a busy and high-demand hygiene department. Hourly Rate: $50 - $55 per hour (with the potential to earn significantly more based on monthly production bonuses)

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

PTO: 2 weeks of paid time off to help you recharge

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care through routine dental cleanings, exams, and patient education.

Deliver high-quality, detailed care in all procedures, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and patient safety.

Collaborate with the doctor, dental assistants, and patient care coordinator to ensure seamless practice flow.

Help manage patient scheduling and follow-up to keep hygiene appointments booked and patients satisfied.

Foster a positive, friendly, and supportive practice culture, ensuring patient retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

Previous experience in a fast-paced dental office preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong rapport with patients

Team-oriented and proactive, with a passion for patient care
