Customer Service Representative - Automotive (On-Site) at Concentrix summary:

On-site Customer Service Representative for an automotive-related account handling inbound/outbound calls and online channels to resolve routine inquiries, provide navigation and roadside assistance, and deliver technical/customer support. Role requires at least one year of customer service experience, high school diploma or equivalent, computer proficiency, US residence, and availability for 40+ hours/week; training and career development are provided. Compensation includes hourly pay plus incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, PTO), with emphasis on inclusive culture and internal promotion.

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally.

  • Provide inbound customer support.

  • Assist customers with navigation support and road-side assistance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  • 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial

  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

  • Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)

  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

  • The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.
