Remote Customer Service/Data Entry

We are looking for someone that is friendly and detailed oriented for our Remote Customer Service/Data Entry position.

• Customer service via emails, phone calls, and web customer service.
• Leave a good impression of our brand to all those they interact with, regardless of whether the interaction is pleasant or unpleasant.
• Quickly learn about our products, common concerns & problems, and ability to apply this knowledge.
• Enter purchase and sales order.
• Perform daily Research tasks.
• Inventory maintenance.
• Processing Data Entry.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

• Prior Customer Service experience is a must.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and critical thinking skills are a must.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Basic Skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and must be comfortable learning new programs and ecommerce software.
• Proficient in basic math:
  Addition/subtraction, percentages, rounding, division/multiplication.
• Minimum of High School / Some College Preferred.
