Senior Level Call Center Agent | Call Center Agent [COC
0019018] for Program Support on a Contract Contingent basis located CONUS - Charlotte, NC, supporting Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Purpose:

Provide staffing augmentation and recruiting services for Government and Public Services sector clients, primarily in the Charlotte, NC area and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

• Identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement fixes.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction.
• May handle VIP or high-value accounts.
• Tracks and reports solution success metrics.

• 2–4 years customer service experience; solution-oriented roles preferred.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Analytical thinking, communication, relationship management.
• Initiative, customer advocacy, problem-solving.

• May operate in a hybrid support/sales role.
• Experience with Government and Public Services sector is a plus.
• May require security clearance due to federal engagements.
