About the RoleThis is a customer service and sales-focused position where you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their relaxation, wellness, and self-care goals. As the first and last impression of our spa, you are a key part of delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do- Provide warm, welcoming, and professional customer service to all members and guests
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front desk operations
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage and facial services
- Promote our wellness membership program, service upgrades, and gift card sales
- Keep the spa environment clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the team
- Collaborate with team members to create a smooth, supportive spa environment
- Help make fun, spa-themed Tik Toks and social media content
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A team player with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Someone who’s upbeat, reliable, and ready to learn
- Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
