Overview
Adecco is currently looking for Call Center/Customer Service Rep in Charlotte, NC
Work schedule:
M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $18/hr (with range $18.00 to $19.00 per hour)
ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls for backorders; contact customers and provide updates on item availability and shipping timelines.
Follow provided scripts and gather basic information as required.
Perform outbound calling with some inbound activity; majority outbound.
Handle "acknowledgements" queue of inquiries, including order processing (all trainable) and related follow-ups.
Process a high volume of calls (up to 75-100 per day) with busier front-end weeks and lighter backend periods.
Cross-train to perform both aspects of the CSR role.
Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new tasks.
Some previous office experience preferred; strong general office skills are helpful.
Aptitude for quickly picking up new information and working with computers.
Prior CSR or call center experience is not required, but is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
