- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Troubleshoot service issues and enter service requests accurately
- Educate clients and advisors on systems, procedures, and self-service tools
- Respond to inquiries across multiple platforms and systems
- Process routine transactions and account service requests
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Document all interactions to ensure accuracy, tracking, and compliance
