Job Title: Resolution Specialist Work Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA
Functional Area: Operations – Claims Reports To: Resolution Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Handling of basic claims w/no guidance
- Inbound calls
- Outbound calls
- Email correspondence to client
- Email correspondence to customer
- Handles wrongful repossessions
- Manage individual claims assigned in queue
- Handling of basic claims
- Minimum Education:
At least a high school diploma or GED required - Positive can-do attitude and strong motivation
- Skilled in the Microsoft suite of products
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Problem solver who is committed to solutions
- Experience in customer service
- Detailed Oriented
- Critical Thinker
