Job Description

Swift7 Consultants is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Liaison to act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive client experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced professional setting.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate information flow to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups
  • Support internal teams by relaying client needs, feedback, and updates
  • Assist in resolving service-related concerns while maintaining strong client relationships
