As the first point of contact for our growing portfolio of mortgage customers,y'llmake a real impact by resolving inquiries, connecting borrowers to the right solutions, and contributing to our best-in-class retention team. We'refocused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while building long-term borrower relationships.
- Be the welcoming voice (or message responder) for inbound customer contacts via phone, email, or chat.
- Quickly understand the customer's needs and provide basic info on payments,escrow, or loan status.
- Seamlessly transfer routine servicing questions to our sub-servicer partners.
- Identify and transfer sales opportunities—like refinance, purchase,andhome equity—directly to our Loan Officers.
- Handle and close simpler requests on the spot for a great customer experience.
- Log every interaction accurately to keep everything compliant and smooth.

We'llsponsor your NMLS licensing and provide in-depth loan officer training.
- 1+ years in customer service (call center or financial servicesa plus).
- Comfort with computers,Microsoft Office,CRM software, and phone systems.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Bilingual(English/Spanish) highly valued.
- Flexible availability for shifts.
