Mobile Service Coordinator

** Job Description**:

The Mobile Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while interacting and scheduling appointments with customers, by answering calls and scheduling appointments with customers, and following up by using phone, text message and email while ensuring attention to detail. The Mobile Service Coordinator will be responsible taking inbound calls and making out-bounding calls to customers and assigning scheduled work to technicians.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation and be adept at problem-solving and customer service.
