Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Education & Experience One to two years’ experience in the insurance industry. Call center experience preferred. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.
