What You'll Be Doing- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone in a professional, timely, and helpful manner
- Listening carefully to customers' needs and guiding them to effective solutions
- Accurately logging call details and updating records in internal systems
- Following structured scripts and procedures while remaining adaptable and empathetic
- Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet call quality and performance standards
- Supporting other administrative tasks related to customer service when needed
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills
- A friendly, calm, and professional phone manner
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service systems (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Structured schedule with consistent hours and no late-night shifts
- Full training provided no previous call center experience necessary
