  • Following structured scripts and procedures while remaining adaptable and empathetic
  • Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet call quality and performance standards
  • Supporting other administrative tasks related to customer service when needed
What You Bring to the Team
  • Clear and confident verbal communication skills
  • A friendly, calm, and professional phone manner
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service systems (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required
