Position OverviewThe Customer Service Representative / Receptionist supports a high‑performing organization by performing administrative and customer service tasks to provide valuable support to the hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service in‑person, over the phone, and during high‑stress situations.
- Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, and schedule appointments.
- Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well‑being.
- Assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and provide information about services and products.
- Input and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
- Assist with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records.
- Reconcile cash drawer and perform end‑of‑day duties for accurate financial transactions.
- 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service setting.
- 2 years of experience in a veterinary setting.
- Monday – Friday, 4 p.m. – 12 a.m. (2nd shift).

$14 – $18 USD per hour.
