You will be responsible for maintaining, deepening and enriching client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all service related needs.

Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on resolving client requests. You will be a trusted member of the client’s team and deeply connected to deliver the growth and success for an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for each client assigned to your portfolio. You will build strong relationships and provide a level of service that our customers have learned to expect.

$34.00/hr - $37.00/hr

• Delivering solutions and upholding client standards and operating principles
• Develop long term client relationships
• Proactively work to determine service improvements and solicit client input and feedback to drive client satisfaction
• Conduct annual relationship reviews with clients to identify potential customer-level fraud exposure and recommend appropriate products to mitigate risk or provide other efficiencies
• Proactively discuss client trends/issues with internal partners to further customize solutions for clients

• Client servicing skills, account manager experience would be a plus
• White glove customer service for VIP / enterprise clients
• Loan servicing experience; syndicated loans;
  LoanIQ experience would be a huge plus
