Preditor (Producer–Editor) — Motorsports Podcast & You Tube Role Summary

Applicants not based in Charlotte Metro area will not be considered.

We’re looking for a Preditor to own production of a weekly motorsports podcast and its associated You Tube and social video content. This role is end-to-end: planning, recording, editing, publishing, and optimizing content across platforms.

You’ll be the person who ensures the show looks sharp, sounds great, ships on time every week, and grows its audience.

This role is supported by internal teams - EP's, PM's etc.

Podcast is recorded on Monday's of each week

Day will be split from the main podcast segment, followed by additional video segments to be aired on the You Tube Channel.

Includes travel and content production on site at racing events.

Motorsports, notable NASCAR knowledge, background and experience is a must.

• Concept, script, and storyboard video content
• Shoot video (studio, on-location, or run-and-gun)
• Edit short-form and long-form video
• Handle basic motion graphics and sound design
• Manage timelines, assets, and approvals
• Deliver platform-ready content (social, web, ads, OTT)
