As a
Sr Event Specialist
here at Honeywell, you will assume a pivotal role in orchestrating impactful events that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from product launches and trade shows to corporate gatherings and promotional campaigns.

You will report directly to our
Sr Event Manager
and you’ll work out of our
Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA
location on a
Hybrid
work schedule. Please note, new hires to Honeywell be required to be fully onsite for the first 90 days.

In this role, your expertise in planning and executing successful events will significantly enhance our brand's image and play a vital role in our marketing achievements. By creating engaging and memorable experiences, you ll bolster our customer relationships, drive brand recognition, and help us reach our marketing objectives. Your meticulous attention to detail, coupled with your creative flair, will ensure that our events stand out and serve as powerful marketing tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee the planning, organization, and execution of customer-facing events, trade shows, conferences, product launches, and other marketing events.
  • Develop full event plans, timelines, and run‑of‑show documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event strategies and objectives that align with business goals.
  • Research vendors, venues, and suppliers based on event requirements and evaluate cost, technical capabilities, and contract terms before selection.
  • Manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Manage ongoing communication with vendors to ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Conduct post‑event debriefings with internal teams and vendors and update internal documentation to support future event planning.
  • Travel up to 25%
