Senior Producer

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead US-based production delivery across a season-long slate of premium sports content.

This is a front-line production leadership role, not a desk-based position. You will be the operational backbone of ambitious, high-adrenaline filmmaking, responsible for translating creative vision into flawlessly executed reality. You will partner closely with the Creative Director, owning production end-to-end across a large number of films, including:

• Broadcast TV commercials
• Social-first hero films
• High-volume, high-impact social content

This role requires calm authority, deep production expertise, and the confidence to manage complexity at pace, while maintaining trust with both clients and crews.

• Lead productions from concept through delivery, in close collaboration with the Creative Director
• Own budgets, schedules, crews, logistics, travel, risk management, and delivery timelines
• Scale production seamlessly from small, fast-moving units to large, multi-department shoots
• Manage and mentor junior producers, coordinators, and freelance teams

• Act as a primary client-facing lead on creative projects
• Manage briefs, feedback loops, approvals, and expectations with clarity and confidence
• Filter and escalate critical information to the Creative Director at the right moments
• Own post-production workflows through final delivery

Partner early with creative teams to scope, stress-test, and shape ideas. Identify risks and constraints without diluting creative ambition. Convert bold concepts into executable, efficient production plans.

• Build, manage, and protect complex production budgets
• Confidently reallocate resources to maximise creative output
• Maintain quality while balancing financial and logistical realities
• Push back when required — calmly, clearly, and constructively

• Implement best-in-class production practices and safety standards
• Anticipate issues before they escalate
• Maintain a holistic view of the production process
• Foster a positive, energised, and well-supported on-set environment

You are a highly experienced Producer with a proven track record delivering premium, high-pressure film productions.

• Significant experience on major commercial and/or broadcast productions
• Comfort working with senior talent and SAG-signatory environments
• Calm leadership in fast-moving, evolving situations
• Natural authority balanced with warmth and approachability
• Deep organisation paired with creative empathy
• A genuine passion for sport, speed, culture, and spectacle
• You are respected by crews, trusted by clients, and steady under pressure
