A large, highly regulated enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Creative / Web Specialist – Art Director to support high-visibility brand, marketing, and internal communication initiatives. This role is responsible for leading creative execution across digital, print, and multimedia channels while ensuring consistency with established brand standards and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including copywriters, UX professionals, account managers, and creative leadership.
Responsibilities- Conceptualize, direct, and design high-quality creative assets aligned with brand standards and messaging
- Translate business objectives, audience insights, and campaign strategies into effective visual solutions
- Deliver work on time and within scope while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Collaborate with copywriters, UX designers, account managers, and stakeholders across multiple teams
- Develop creative assets across multiple channels, including:
- Paid media (digital ads, video, animation, social media, audio)
- Web and email (including Figma-based workflows)
- Print, direct mail, and marketing collateral
- Present creative concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Maintain attention to detail from concept through final delivery and file archiving
- Work within established workflows and project management systems
- Provide guidance on applying brand standards, visual identity, and design best practices
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging creative methodologies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive experience in art direction and graphic, web, mobile, video/broadcast, and motion/animation design
- Strong, well-curated design portfolio demonstrating senior-level creative execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and presentation tools (PowerPoint or Keynote)
- Experience producing advertising, marketing, corporate, or customer-facing materials
- Recent experience leading or contributing to integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
- Knowledge of current design, communication, and digital best practices
- Collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Linked In, You Tube, Meta, X)
- Experience with:
- Microsoft SharePoint (document management)
- Workamajig or similar project management/time-tracking tool
