We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and construction-savvy Pre-Construction Coordinator to help shape projects from concept to launch. If you love details, budgets, plans, and turning ideas into organized execution, this is your seat at the table.

• Collaborating with clients, designers, and sales to fully understand project goals
• Helping develop detailed scopes of work, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinating site visits, measurements, and takeoffs
• Gathering and organizing bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Building accurate estimates and polished proposal documents
• Tracking preconstruction milestones and deadlines
• Managing permit applications and monitoring approval status
• Keeping project documentation organized and production-ready
• Supporting smooth handoffs from preconstruction to project management

• 3+ years in construction, remodeling, estimating, or project coordination
• Residential remodeling experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes

• Comfortable reading architectural plans and construction drawings
• Strong estimating and takeoff knowledge
• Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Clear communicator with both homeowners and trade partners
