• Aware of work area trucks etc.
• Communicate with hauled equipment
• Understands stake's and boundary's
• Able to identify soft and rough areas *
• Moves at a steady speed with a full moboard *
• Able to grade for positive drainage
• Keep level and uniform

• Must have a valid Driver License
• Knowledgeable in OSHA standards
• Willingness to learn and accept direction from supervisors
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50lbs
• Communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Ability to manage time, multitask and prioritize
