We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Backhoe Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our construction and excavation projects. • Operate backhoe machinery to perform various tasks such as excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation.
• Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment, ensuring that all machinery is maintained and functioning correctly.
• Collaborate effectively with the construction team to understand job specifications, site requirements, and project timelines.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, equipment usage, and any issues encountered during operations.
• Provide support in other areas of the project as needed to ensure overall success and efficiency.

• Proven experience as a backhoe operator or similar role with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Demonstrable understanding of safety procedures and protocols in construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints.
