Charlotte, NC (On-site; projects across the Charlotte metro in NC/SC; occasional travel to SC job sites)

• Coordinate multiple active residential projects simultaneously
• Serve as a primary communication bridge between clients and construction teams
• Manage schedules, documentation, selections, approvals, and workflows
• Prepare and track estimates, purchase orders, and change orders (drafts reviewed by leadership)
• Monitor project budgets, milestones, and procurement timelines
• Maintain accurate project data within Job Tread or similar software
• Attend project meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, designers, and architects
• Support punch lists, close‑out documentation, and homeowner orientations
• Help maintain a professional, organized, and positive team culture

• 3 to 5 or more years of experience in residential construction coordination, administration, or related roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client‑friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
• Solid understanding of residential construction processes and terminology
• Experience with Job Tread or similar software preferred
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon a conditional job offer

• Full‑time, W‑2 Employment
• Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
