Construction Project Coordinator

LocationCharlotte, NC (On-site; projects across the Charlotte metro in NC/SC; occasional travel to SC job sites)

- Coordinate multiple active residential projects simultaneously
- Serve as a primary communication bridge between clients and construction teams
- Manage schedules, documentation, selections, approvals, and workflows
- Prepare and track estimates, purchase orders, and change orders (drafts reviewed by leadership)
- Monitor project budgets, milestones, and procurement timelines
- Maintain accurate project data within Job Tread or similar software
- Attend project meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, designers, and architects
- Support punch lists, close‑out documentation, and homeowner orientations
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and positive team culture
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in residential construction coordination, administration, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client‑friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
- Solid understanding of residential construction processes and terminology
- Experience with Job Tread or similar software preferred
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon a conditional job offer
- Full‑time, W‑2 Employment
- Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience
