Job Summary
Seeking aConstruction Superintendent to oversee all phases of single-family home construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full construction process, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and client specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Monitor budgets and approve expenses to maintain cost control.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure job site cleanliness.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Proven construction superintendent experience or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
