We are seeking a Superintendent in Charlotte that has experience with ground up multifamily projects. Our client is an established commercial general contractor that is known for building large scale multifamily and hospitality projects.

Base Pay Range$130k - $170k
Market SectorMultifamily
Prior experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor or Developer/Builder is required
Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs
- Set performance goals and deadlines
- Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
- Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Various other standard Superintendent duties as needed
- 7+ years' experience being a Lead Superintendent on ground up Multifamily projects
- Experience with podium style projects is strongly preferred
- Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Office
- Driver's License and good driving record
