We are seeking a Building Envelope Consultant for a full-time position located in the Charlotte, NC area. The Consultant will oversee project planning and management, conduct inspections of building envelope systems, and provide expert guidance on construction and design in order to ensure durability, weatherproofing, and aesthetic integrity. This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to address design and construction challenges and ensure exceptional project outcomes.
Qualifications- Construction expertise and an understanding of building materials, techniques, and regulations
- Experience with reviewing building envelope systems for quality, compliance, and performance
- Proficiency in project planning and management, including effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with clients, architects, and contractors
