This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who excels at managing the work, not doing the work. You ll be the eyes and ears on site, ensuring quality, schedule, and communication stay on track across multiple projects.

• Oversee daily construction operations from start to finish across multiple residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
• Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
• Ensure all work complies with approved plans, specifications, and NC/SC building codes
• Manage schedules, QA/QC checklists, and progress tracking
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project stakeholders
• Support purchase orders, change orders, cost tracking, and reporting
• Lead homeowner orientations, punch list execution, and project close-out
• Use Job Tread or similar construction software to manage workflows and documentation
• Foster a positive, accountable jobsite culture aligned with company values

• 7 or more years of experience in residential custom construction
• Proven experience managing job sites, schedules, and subcontractors
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Working knowledge of NC & SC residential building codes
• Valid driver s license and dependable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening upon a conditional job offer

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience
