We’re hiring a Superintendent with commercial construction experience, preferably from a specialty subcontractor or trade contractor background. You’ll oversee daily field operations, ensuring jobs stay on schedule, on budget, and up to our high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:- Direct field crews and subcontractors on active job sites
- Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, and inspectors
- Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and jobsite compliance
- Maintain daily logs, field reports, and progress documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and keep work flowing efficiently
- Perform regular quality checks and manage punch lists
- Represent the company professionally to clients and partners
- 3+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of job sequencing, safety protocols, and site coordination
- Experience working for a subcontractor or trade contractor preferred
- Ability to read plans, manage crews, and solve problems in the field
- Organized, reliable, and committed to delivering top-quality work
- Based in or near Charlotte, NC
