Keeley Construction is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to our Paving Team.

• Supervise field crews, job sites, and subcontractors.
• Develop site logistics plans and determine construction methods and sequencing.
• Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Drive project schedules and resolve construction issues.
• Perform maintenance based on client work orders.
• Document daily work activities.

• 5+ years of experience with paving/concrete.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
