Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Estimator II role located in Charlotte, NC. The Estimator II will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluating scopes of work. They will also collaborate closely with project teams, provide value engineering options, and ensure estimates align with project goals and client expectations.
Qualifications- Proficiency in cost estimation, bid preparation, and budget tracking
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing
- Experience with construction management software, project evaluation tools, and related technologies
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams
- Ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and contracts
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in estimating government, multifamily, or commercial projects is a plus
