Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead and deliver commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, design/build expertise, and a passion for construction excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
- Lead project teams, including superintendents and subcontractors.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare bids, review drawings, and ensure quality control.
- Conduct on-site meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in commercial construction management.
- 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Procore certification preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
