We are seeking a Estimator to support pre‑construction efforts across a variety of commercial projects. This entry‑to‑mid‑level role is ideal for candidates with foundational construction knowledge who are eager to learn the strategic side of estimating, budgeting, and planning to help ensure project success.

• Assist the Pre‑Construction team with cost estimating and budgeting for commercial projects, including quantity take-offs.
• Support constructability reviews and aid in developing preliminary project scopes and schedules.
• Collaborate with senior Estimators, architects, and engineers to gather information and develop accurate and competitive proposals.
• Conduct initial analysis of bid documents and subcontractor quotes.
• Support project teams in value engineering and research material costs/availability.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including inputting data into estimates, proposals, and reports.
• Assist in maintaining company standards, budgets, and timelines during the pre‑construction phase.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, estimating, or a related role within commercial construction (internship experience is highly valued).
• Foundational knowledge of construction methods, costs, and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage tasks across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with basic estimating or project management software is a plus.
• A detail‑oriented individual with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a strong work ethic.
