PC is seeking a NCCCO certified Crane Operator for a RT Hydraulic Crane used for concrete, rebar, pipe work and general service lifting. The Crane Operator may occasionally operate various hydraulic machines and a forklift on a large wastewater project located in Charlotte, NC. One to two years of prior crane operation experience on large commercial construction projects is preferred.
Responsibilities- Follow instructions and meet safety standards.
- Judge distances and slopes accurately; make decisions based on verifiable standards and rough terrain.
- Apply basic math, read a tape, and take accurate measurements.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional industry-specific and safety training will be provided as needed.
- NCCCO certified Crane Operator.
- 1–2 years of crane operation experience on large commercial construction projects preferred.
- Ability to operate RT hydraulic crane and, occasionally, other hydraulic machines and forklift.
- Location:
Charlotte, NC project site. - Good safety and communication skills; willingness to participate in required training.
