Job Type: Full-time, W-2 employee
Salary: $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience

Grande Custom Builders is a boutique residential builder based in downtown Charlotte. Since 2008, we have specialized in luxury custom homes and select spec projects. • Follow a highly process‑oriented system
• Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability
• Prepare and analyze detailed estimates, quantity take‑offs, and subcontractor/vendor bids
• Develop subcontractor/vendor lists and maintain strong relationships
• Issue bid invitations and coordinate scope across trades
• Prepare general conditions, schedules, and cost management options
• Support change orders, permitting cost estimates, and budget reviews

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
• Experience with Plan Swift/Bluebeam (or similar) preferred, but not essential
• Strong willingness to use software
• 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience (10+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Builder Trend software is a plus
