E.S. Wagner Company, LLC is looking for a Pipe Foreman to join its team of construction professionals on our multi-year highway construction on our multi-year Charlotte‑Douglas International Airport (CLT) project in Charlotte, NC

A sample of the position’s duties and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for seeing a continuous safe work environment.
• Effectively lead and manage crew members’ daily activities and production.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize people, equipment, and materials to promote the safe, efficient and timely construction of the project.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Communicate activities and issues with other members of management to coordinate construction activities.

• 3-5 years of drainage/pipe experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
• Successfully pass pre‑employment drug screening.
• Charlotte‑Douglas International Airport does not allow individuals to work on this jobsite if they have been convicted of a felony within the previous 10 years.
