We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Counsel with at least 5 years of transactional construction experience.
Day‑to‑dayAs part of the Construction Group, you’ll work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking matters in collaboration with senior attorneys.
Requirements- At least 5 years of high‑caliber experience negotiating large infrastructure project agreements and complex construction projects.
- Experience representing public and private owners and contractors on development projects, drafting and negotiating construction contracts (design‑build, EPC, etc.), public procurement, public‑private partnerships, contract administration, risk management.
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication.
- Admitted to the bar of the state for which you are applying.
Salary range $165,000 to $305,000. Annual merit increase and bonus pay.
Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
